How Seroa handles early-access information

About early access

Seroa's early-access list is operated by Seroa. The privacy owner is Seroa. The list provides product, launch and availability updates. The signup form does not take payment or reserve stock.

What is collected

The site records a pseudonymous browser and session identifier, the product page shown, limited campaign-attribution fields, and early-access interaction events. Joining early access requires an email address and explicit consent. After signup, four optional fixed-answer questions ask about recurring skin concerns, hydration sufficiency, routine responses, and confidence when skin conditions change. The site does not ask for a name, phone number, address, payment information, diagnosis or account.

Email and consent are encrypted at rest and stored in a dedicated early-access record. Optional Q1–Q4 answers are stored separately and linked only through the pseudonymous site session. A separate, unchecked interview-consent option may be presented after Q1–Q4; it reuses the encrypted signup email only after an affirmative choice.

Why it is collected

Information is used to understand product interest, improve customer guidance, check data quality, and send Seroa product, launch or availability updates. The optional questions do not affect whether early access is saved. Information is not used to take payment, reserve stock or make automated decisions about a person.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the site and Neon stores the first-party experiment records in the project's configured Singapore regions. Advertising services may provide campaign delivery and campaign-level reporting if activated later. This application does not send early-access emails, Q1–Q4 answers, or interview-consent choices to advertising platforms.

Retention and choices

  • Rotating abuse-control hashes are removed after 14 days.
  • Raw interaction data is deleted or aggregated within six months after the relevant campaign closes.
  • Pseudonymous site records are deleted or anonymised within twelve months.
  • Early-access email records are retained until withdrawal, the relevant product is withdrawn, or 24 months after collection, whichever comes first.
  • Optional routine answers follow the pseudonymous-record retention period and are not used as medical information.
  • Active interview-consent records are retained until recruitment ends or 12 months after consent, whichever comes first.

To ask a question, request access or correction, withdraw early-access or interview consent, or request deletion, email wogus1264@gmail.com. Withdrawing early-access consent stops future update emails; withdrawing interview consent stops future interview recruitment. The two choices are handled separately.

What early access means

Early access is an update list. It is not a purchase, preorder, deposit, stock reservation, discount or guaranteed sample. Any future order will require a separate checkout and confirmation.
